What To Expect

Whether you're new to tanning or an experienced pro wanting to try a new tanning salon, we've got you covered here at Helios. Once you've located your nearest salon, the Helios team will help guide you through the tanning process if it is your first time visiting us by giving you an induction to using the beds, and answering any questions you may have about the technology itself.

Step by Step Guide to Your First Helios Visit

Step 1:

Check In

Arrive at the salon & sign in with one of our members of team on the reception. This guarantees your place if there is a queue. If this is your first time visiting Helios, you'll receive a free cream!

Step 2:

Choose Your Minutes

When a sunbed becomes available, our team will help you decide how many minutes to have. You can choose whether you'd prefer to choose a lie down or a stand-up bed. We'll also offer you an induction so you can familiarise yourself with the technology, but you can skip this if you have already visited us before. Make sure you get your loyalty card stamped. Once full, you will receive a free cream & be entered into our monthly draw to win 30 free minutes!

Step 3:

Choose Your Add-Ons

Our team will also advise you on any products and creams to help you get the most from your session.

Step 4:

Enjoy Your Tanning Session

Enter your sunbed room, undress & get your cream on. Our team will have already cleaned your sunbed prior to you entering the room, so you won't have to clean it before you use it. Once you're settled on the bed, press the 'start' button, listen to the music & enjoy!

Step 5:

Finish Your Session

When your time is up, the sunbed will turn off automatically. Get dressed & exit the room. Our attentive team will notice that you have finished your session, and will come & clean your bed after you've finished.

For your information: Our beds are restricted to a maximum limit of 20 minutes per session, as well as there being a weight limit set by the manufacturer 125kg, or 20 stone.
